Carifit Corporate Team head to Mad World Summit

The Carifit Corporate Wellbeing package has been having really incredible traction since launching in May of 2023 signing corporate partners, from sectors such as Recruitment, Architecture, Accountancy and Insurance.

Lily Montgomery, Partner & HR at HW Fisher states "We care about our employees' health and wellbeing and like to ensure that we raise awareness of not only physical health, but mental health too. The support, advice and networks that are offered through the Carifit app and how they align with our own wellbeing initiatives are what fundamentally led HW Fisher in partnering with Carifit. We feel this complements our maternity/paternity benefits package, whilst also providing an ergonomic baby carrier to expectant parents".

We are also working with large benefits platforms such as Perks at Work and Reward Gateway and are live on Natwest Offers, ensuring that employees with access to these platforms can get exclusive discounts on the Carifit experience.

Zoe Johnston, Head of Corporate Wellbeing says "We are starting to really make a name for ourselves with our unique offering and experts in the field have been so enthusiastic about the support we can provide. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, which is a great feeling, as we have so much confidence in the benefits of our product."

Through extensive networking and making new connections we have identified areas of collaboration with other amazing businesses who are also working towards the same goal: supporting working parents, particularly mothers, during parental leave and beyond, and helping set them up for the best possible transition back to the workplace.

Watch this space for some exciting new ventures coming soon!

With plenty more ongoing discussions in the pipeline we are looking forward to announcing more partnerships in the future as our passion to support new parents gains momentum in the corporate space.

Carifit will be exhibiting at the MAD World Summit on 12th October, an annual event that focuses on mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. It is a business event bringing together over 700 delegates from various industries to collaborate, share ideas and find solutions for their organisations. Carifit is striving to be one of those solutions.

The theme of this year's summit is "Working together to achieve a step change in employee mental health and wellbeing" and this is exactly what underpins the ethos of our Corporate Wellbeing business line.

The magic of Carifit is that it impacts both physical and mental health, so we are here to make waves in the wellbeing sector as well as the fitness industry. Did you know that studies have confirmed that Carifit improves postnatal depression symptoms, reduces parental anxiety and improves self-confidence? All whilst staying connected to your baby, enhancing the parent-baby bond and capitalising on all the child developmental benefits associated with babywearing.

We think that is definitely something worth shouting about.

Stronger. Together.
